How it works
One runs.
There are four of you. One person runs at a time; the other three ride in the car and wait for their turn.

Four take turns.
When you swap and how far each person runs is up to you. Five kilometres or twenty.

One car.
Your car drives ahead and waits by the road. Door open, swap, the next one goes.

Schaffhausen → Chiasso.
About 350 km across Switzerland. You plan the route yourselves, on ways open to pedestrians: no motorways, no road tunnels.
Non-stop.
The clock never stops. Through the night, over the Gotthard, down into Ticino. A solid team does it in about 36 hours. Planned cut-off: 48 hours.

Axenstrasse
50 teams.
That is all there is. It happens if 200 runners pay a CHF 20 deposit each by 31 January 2027.
